Nokia N70 Short Circuit Repair Solution, Follow this thread step by step :

1. Take out Z7500 (No.1) to cut off current to VBatt ke PA. If not short circuit, its means PA is broken.
2. Take out L7503 (No.2) to cut current to VBatt to RF IC (HINKU/VINKU). If not short circuit, RF IC is broken.
3. Take coil L1474 (No.3) to cut current VBatt to LED Driver N1471. If not short circuit, change LED driver IC.
4. Take out L4201 to cut Vbatt to IC SMPS N4200. If you take out this coil and your phone not short circuit, its means IC SMPS N4200 was broken. Don'nt change IC N4200, Just make a jumper VCore to VCoreA.
5. Take out IC N4201, APE Regulator (No.5). If not short anymore, its means IC N4201 was broken. Just throw away IC N4201 and maje a jumper VIO to VDDR_APE.
6. Take out LED Driver N2301 (No.6) to cut VBatt to IC N2301. If not short circuit anymore, change with the new one.
7. Take out IC Front Camera N1472 (No.7), if not short anymore its means this IC was broken.
8. Take out IC N1470 & N7505 (No.8), If not short anymore. Change it.
9. Take out Bluetooth Module. If not short. Change this IC

when come security test failed

solution

1. super sd auth or pmm auth than write good or modified pm ( must need pm 1 & 309)

or, 2. sd repair super sd auth or pmm auth than write good or modified pm ( must need pm 1 & 309)

yes! we have this solution

1. first backup rpl ( go > imei and security tab > imei rebuild > backup rpl)

2. erase old pm ( go > pm tab > erase )

3. Reset npc data ( go> imei and security tab> reset NPC data)( must backup rpl before do this)

4. Erase pm again (go > pm tab > erase )

5.Write rpl from backup ( go > imei and security tab > imei rebuild > restore imei)

6. go pm tab > super sd auth or pmm auth > than write good or modified pm ( must need pm 1 & 309)

7. erase pm again

8. Recover CERT ( go>imei and security tab> imei rebuild > recover cert)

9. give full factory reset

your phone must come back from security test failed

it is 100% tasted by me.

Ok, let startded..,

Tools & Materials 

1. Original Usb data cable, compatible with Nokia CA-101 Usb data cable
2. Software updater / flasher ( GSMMULTI V3.0 ). click here to downlod
3. LG GW300 Firmware click here to download

Step by Step

1. Download & Extract LG GW300 Flasher
2. Execute / Install SETUP_GSMULTI_V30, and then C:\GSMULTI folder will be created
3. Find MultiGSM_V30.exe on C:\GSMULTI folder, then right click, send to desktop
4. Execute / Install Setup_USB_PortMapping_04.exe, and the result will be stored in C:\GSMULTI\UsbDrivers\MTK
5. Connect phone ( in power off condition ) to PC via Usb data cable, wait until detected by PC
6. When PC asking for driver, go to C:\GSMULTI\UsbDrivers\MTK, wait until driver installed
7. Open MultiGSM_V30.exe ( at desktop ), go to Tab Setting ==> Configuration. For DLL, choose GW300_090625.dll at LG GW300 Flasher folder, for S/W file choose LG GW300 Firmware. For other setting don't changed
8. Final step.., just click on START button and wait untill all process done / pass.
